What we collect
When you write or place an order we store your name, email, delivery address, telephone, bag contents, and messages. Server logs may include IP address and user-agent. We do not collect card primary account numbers on this site; a PCI-compliant processor will, when connected.
Why
To fulfil orders, handle refunds, prevent fraud, and answer you. Legal bases we expect to rely on: contract, legitimate interests in running a shop, and legal obligation (tax, disputes).
Who we share with
- CJ Dropshipping and warehouse / logistics partners, to pick and post.
- A payment processor, when card collection is live.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
These parties may sit outside the UAE (including China, the EU and the US). We share only what is needed for that job.
Retention and rights
Order records are kept for at least 120 days (card-scheme dispute windows) and longer where tax law requires. Under UAE PDPL you may request access, correction, or deletion where the law allows. Write to hello@waykit.store.
