Shipping and delivery
We ship to the United Arab Emirates and internationally. We do not hold a public list of banned destinations here beyond “where the carrier and the law allow”. If we cannot serve your country we will write and refund.
Where goods start
Unless a product page says another warehouse country, kit is picked in a partner warehouse — typically China (fromCountryCode: CN). US-warehouse SKUs are not offered as UAE stock.
Times — honest windows
- Processing: 1–3 working days after we can fund the warehouse order.
- Transit to the UAE: typically 7–25 days after dispatch.
- Transit internationally: typically 7–25 days after dispatch, sometimes longer in peak season or if customs holds the bag.
We will not print “express 48-hour Dubai delivery” for China-origin kit.
Postage rates (AED)
- UAE: AED 25, included at AED 180 and above.
- GCC (SA, OM, QA, BH, KW): AED 35, included at AED 220 and above.
- Other international: AED 45, included at AED 280 and above.
These are contributions. Actual warehouse postage varies by weight and lane. If a lane is far outside this band we will contact you before we post.
Customs
Import VAT, duties and broker fees in the destination country are usually collected by customs. We do not currently display a UAE VAT TRN.
Loss and damage
Write to hello@waykit.store with photographs within 14 days of the delivery scan (or of the date the parcel should have arrived). We will claim on the carrier or refund.
Batteries
Neck fans, electric espresso lids and blender lids contain cells. Airlines treat them as cabin power banks. Check watt-hour limits before you fly onward with the item.
