Terms of sale

Who may buy

You must be 18 or over and able to take delivery at the address you give. We ship to the UAE and internationally except where sanctions or export rules block the route.

Goods and descriptions

We sell generic travel and portable kit. Listings are not affiliated with third-party brands. Materials, sizes and battery notes are as accurate as the supplier file allows; if we have it wrong we will refund or replace as the refund policy says.

Price and currency

Prices are in AED and include the contribution to postage shown at checkout when the free-postage band is not met. Import VAT or duties in the destination country are usually collected by customs and are yours to pay unless the law says otherwise.

Formation

The contract forms when we record the order and send or display an order number. We may cancel if the warehouse cannot fulfil, if the address cannot be served, or if we suspect fraud — in that case we do not take or we return the money.

Fulfilment

Dropship from partner warehouses, typically China. See the shipping policy. Title passes when the carrier collects; risk passes on delivery or on the first failed delivery we can document.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to commit fraud, scrape in bulk, or resell our content. We may refuse orders.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that UAE law does not allow us to limit, including for defective goods, misdescription, or death and personal injury caused by negligence. Statutory consumer rights stay in place.
